a. Eligibility for Application: FSc (Pre-medical) with Minimum of 60% Marks

b. Age limit:25 years

Last date for the submission of application form will be 30 November 2020. Written entry test will be conducted on 15-12-2020 at 09:00am followed by an interview at 11:00 am. Final List will be displayed on 18-12-2020 and the selected candidates will report for joining latest by 21-12-2020. Limited hostel facility is available for the candidates belonging to far flung areas. Application form may be downloaded from our website: http://pio.edu.pk

Duly completed admission application form along with attested photocopies of required testimonials, and a pay order/bank draft of Rupees 2000/- in the name of “Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital Rawalpindi” may be submitted personally or through the courier/post latest by 30 Nov 2020 to the office of:
