1. Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) Training Course (2 year duration) - Affiliated with Pakistan Nursing Council

Certified nursing assistants (CNAs) are responsible for a number of routine medical duties that are completed under the supervision of qualified nurse and health care professionals. Unlike nurses and medical doctors who provide the major medical care for a patient, a certified nursing assistant (CNA) provides the supervised secondary care. Not to mention, the skills the certified nursing assistants learn can prepare them for a long-term career in the nursing field.

Eligibility 
  • Matric with minimum 60% marks, and at least 50% marks secured in science subjects (physics, chemistry & biology)
Gender: 
  • CNA course is only for females candidates aged between 17-25 years
Stipend: 
  • Rs.3000 per month will be paid to the trainees

2. Ophthalmic Technician Training Course (2 year duration) Affiliated with Punjab Medical Facility

Ophthalmic medical technicians work with an ophthalmologist (eye doctor) to provide patient care by performing eye-related clinical tasks such as taking patient medical histories, instructing patients about medications, tests and procedures, performing vision and diagnostic tests, clean, sterilize and maintain surgical instruments, assisting with patient procedures, coordinating patient scheduling, performing office management duties, and thereby facilitating and allowing ophthalmologists to see more patients in a day.

Eligibility: 
  • Matric with minimum 60% marks, and at least 50% marks secured in science subjects (physics, chemistry & biology)
Gender: 
  • Equal opportunity for candidates of either gender aged between 17-30 years
Fee: 
  • Rs. 3000 per month will be charged from each trainee

Limited hostel facility will be available. Last date for the submission of application will be 05-September-2018. Based on merit, only short listed applicants will be called for interview on 14-Sep-2018. The classes will start from 01-Oct-2018.
