Applications are invited for the Following Post Graduate Training Programmes of Ophthalmology:

1. FCPS-II Ophthalmology:

04-Years Training Programme

Eligibility for Apply:

• MBBS (Recognized by PMDC), along with 01- Year House Job in a PMDC recognized institution
• FCPS-I (Ophthalmology) preferably freshly passed.
• Medically fit and sound.

 

2. Diploma in Ophthalmic Medicine & Surgery (DOMS):

02-Years Training Programme

Eligibility for Apply:

• MBBS (Recognized by PMDC), along with 01- Year House Job in a PMDC recognized institution
• Working experience in ophthalmology will be preferred
• Medically fit and sound.

 

Misc. Instructions:

1. Application forms can be downloaded from the website: http://pio.edu.pk or obtained from PIO admin office.

2. Duly filled application form along with attested photocopies of all documents as mentioned therein the form along with a bank draft/pay order for Rs. 2000/- in the name of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital Rawalpindi should reach the PIO admin office latest by 30-Nov-2020.

3. Only short listed candidates will be called for test/interview. The courses will start from 01-Jan-2021.

4. During the period of training a stipend will be paid to the selected candidate as per policy of Al-Shifa Trust Eye Hospital.
